By accessing and using Worklio ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to use the Worklio Application for personal or business scheduling purposes in accordance with these Terms. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or underlying software of the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful commercial purpose or public display not authorized by Worklio
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Application
• Transfer access to the Application to another person or "mirror" the Application on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. Worklio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Worklio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if Worklio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in Worklio could include technical, typographical, or other errors. Worklio does not warrant that any of the materials or information in the Application are accurate, complete, or current. Worklio may make changes to the Application at any time without notice.

6. Third-Party Links

Worklio has not reviewed all sites linked to or from its Application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Worklio. Use of any such linked resource is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

Worklio may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Worklio operates. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
